1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Buyer’s remorse

Accidental orders (after the 2-hour window)
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.
2. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Email us within 7 days of delivery at jap4racing@gmail.com

Include your order number

Provide photos of the issue
We will send a free replacement once verified.
In most cases, the damaged item does not need to be returned.
3. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — but only within 2 hours of placing your order.
All products begin production shortly after purchase, so cancellations or changes cannot be made after the 2-hour window.

4. How long does order processing take?
All items are made-to-order.
Processing time is:
1–5 business days
(Does not include weekends or holidays)
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
5. What are the shipping options and rates?

United States

6. How long will shipping take?
Shipping time begins after the 1–5 day processing period.
Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 2–9 business days

USA: 2–8 business days

Europe/UK: 6–10 business days
Delays may occur due to high postal volume, weather, or customs (for international orders).
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many countries, including Canada, the United States, Europe, and the United Kingdom.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
8. Do you offer tracking?
Yes.
All orders come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.
9. My tracking shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?
Please take the following steps:

Check with neighbors or building staff

Verify your shipping address on the order confirmation

Allow 24–48 hours for possible carrier delays

Contact the carrier with your tracking number
If the shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at jap4racing@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement.
10. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Only within the 2-hour cancellation/change window.
After that, the order enters production and cannot be modified.
11. Do you charge taxes or customs fees?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your region.
International customers may be charged customs, duties, or VAT depending on their country’s import regulations.

We accept all major secure payment options supported by Shopify, such as:
